If you have lost a baby, I am so sorry for your loss. There are no words for the pain you have experienced (& continue to experience). No one ever “recovers” from losing a child. This is a tough topic that most people don’t like to talk about because they don’t know what to say. If you know someone who has lost a baby (whether in pregnancy or after birth), I would encourage you to reach out and acknowledge important dates (due dates, miscarriage anniversaries, etc.). Everyone grieves differently–and grief comes in waves, so if you are grieving, take all the time you need. No need to rush. Your baby is so precious.
